If you are travelling into Hull on the Clive Sullivan Way, take the slip road        at the St. Andrews Quay (The Junction) down to the roundabout, left along     Brighton Street for about 300 metres to another roundabout and take the last exit which will be Witty Street

Travel to the end of Witty Street, turn right onto Boulevard South

The entrance to the estate is 100 metres on the right.
