If you have a problem with your iPod, in all cases, download and install the latest iPod updater and help guide. If you cannot cure the problem with these, your options depend on whether the iPod is still covered by the Apple Limited Warranty / AppleCare or not.

Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare Products

Bring the iPod along to our workshop OR  Post it to us in a secure package
You must include your proof of purchase to receive service
In both instances, we will check the iPod ourselves for hardware faults, and     arrange for a replacement. This will normally take 2 or 3 days.
We will then contact you to collect it or arrange secure postage back
 

Out of Warranty or no AppleCare Cover

 
Bring the iPod along to our workshop   OR     Post it to us in a secure package
 
We will test the iPod and determine if it has a software or hardware fault 
There is no charge for the diagnosis
 
 
 
    If the iPod is not physically damaged, we will contact you with a repair cost.      If you do not accept the quotation there is no charge. The only cost to you is for return secure postage if required
